- Kit replacement service - includes the replacement of internal circuits including the mainboard, sensor boards, bluetooth module, LEDs, power button, and charging port. $120 to $150 depending on the model (not available for all models)
- Frame replacement service - includes the replacement of a broken frame only. $120. (not available for all models) --- If replacement of electrical components is required, the cost will increase to $150.
- Battery replacement service - includes the replacement of the battery with a new UL Certified battery with Samsung cells. $120 (not available for all models)
- Return shipping cost is generally between $25 to $55 depending on your location and size of the device. (CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOX)
