I understand and agree that I am the sole responsible party for any damage(s) caused by the use of my device prior or after to any repair or upgrade service performed by HBR Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies and all their employees on my device including and not limited to replacement of electronic circuits, batteries, chargers, wheels, body shell, metal frame, charging ports, power button, LED lights, Bluetooth module, speaker, remote key, and all other parts that may have not been mentioned here but are a part of my device or have been added on to my device. The phrase “use of my device” includes me and anyone other than me that is not affiliated with HBR Enterprises LLC that may now or in the future use this device, take ownership of the device, ride on the device, charge the device, leave the device on idle while charging, leave the device on while its powered on, and any other means to make the device active. I understand and agree that the phrase “any damage” includes but is not limited to device or surrounding area being caught on fire or be the cause for damage to any object or part, personal injuries, lost revenues, lost profits, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to any property owned by me or any third-party, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. I understand that HBR Enterprises LLC will make reasonable efforts to repair my device within estimated time quoted, but does not guarantee that a repair will be completed within a specific period of time. HBR Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any failures or delay in service due to any cause beyond their control. I understand and agree that HBR Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies are independent, third-party companies not affiliated with any original manufacturer and may not have access to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or any equipment or parts similar to the ones in my device. I understand and agree that full payment for all repairs and services and return shipping must be rendered prior to shipping my device. I understand that I am the sole responsible party to pay for shipping my device to HBR Enterprises LLC. I understand and agree that due to the natures of work load on devices such as the 2 wheel hoverboard or smart balance scooter or 2 wheel scooter or devices similar to mine, there is only a 30 days warranty from the date of repair on ALL PARTS REPLACED and LABOR provided for each repair. I understand and agree that if my device is to malfunction within the 30 days warranty period and within the terms of the warranty, HBR Enterprises LLC will further attempt to repair my device prior to providing any full or partial refund.
