Having trouble setting up your hoverboard kart? Or perhaps you just want to understand how to put a hoverboard kart together before you buy one. Follow the following photo manual and you'll understand how to setup your hoverboard seat before you know it!
Place the tubes together as shown in the picture below.
Insert the bolt to secure the attachment to the tubes.
Use the allen wrench to tighten the bolt down.
This is how your hoverboard attachment kart should look right now. We will now focus on turning the hoverboard attachment into a chair so you have a seat to ride on.
Place the hoverboard attachment seat onto the attachment and insert the screws into the holes.
Tighten the bolts down so the hoverboard attachment seat is secure.
By this point, your hoverboard attachment kart should look like this. Its time to attach the hoverboard seat section to the hoverboard itself.
Wrap the nylon strips through the hoverboard attachment system as seen in the photo below.
Loop the nylon strips back through to secure them.
Pull the nylon strips through tightly.
Your hoverboard go kart is almost complete. Now we need to tighten everything together so its secure to the hoverboard.
Tighten everything down as shown.
Using the allen wrench, tighten the attachment.
By now your hoverboard kart attachment is almost complete. Its time to install the wheel on the front of the hoverboard attachment so you can have a place for your feet while you ride.
Attach the wheel frame / foot poles to the hoverboard attachment that you've already put together.
Tighten the nut on the end using your hand. It should grip well enough to hand-tighten it, no need to overtighten, we will secure the hoverboard kart in the next steps.
Now your hoverboard wheel frame should appear like this, with the nuts hand-tightened down. We only have one last step to complete the hoverboard kart setup.
Tighten down the clamps on both sides of the wheel frame. Your hoverboard attachment is now complete. If you have friends that could benefit from our instructions, tell them you learned how to setup a hoverboard cart on our website and share this page with them!
Due to the nature of our business being the sale and installation of replacement electronic parts, there are no returns allowed unless considered DOA (dead on arrival). In the case of DOA parts, you must contact us within 14 days and we will dispatch replacement parts to exchange for the DOA parts.
If we decide to accept a return for any reason it is at our sole discretion and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must have purchased it on our website www.hoverboardrepair.com as we require a receipt / proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned without an RMA will be denied a refund. You must contact us prior to returning goods in order to have your return accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If we approved a return for you and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are denoted by a special price with the regular price struck out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that have manufacturer defects or were delivered in damaged condition. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING INSTALL. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any loss by a shipping company is not our responsibility.
