In 2016 a new hoverboard model came out that became quite popular. Many people in the industry nicknamed this series the "X-Series" model. We released this popular model as the FutureSaw and FutureSaw Pro Edition. This model uses a completely different chassis/frame with drastic improvements to its reliability.
It is important to note that this frame will NOT fit any of the standard frame hoverboards above. It will ONLY fit the models that have the curved architecture and look like the following images (differing wheel size is OKAY):

Again, the advanced hoverboard frame replacement is much different than the standard replacement frame. This hoverboard frame has been completely redesigned from the bottom up, and was built to be much stronger.
With a maximum weight capacity of 265 pounds, the advanced frame outperforms a standard hoverboard frame by as much as 45 pounds. If you're heavier than 220 pounds, you might want to consider buying a FutureSaw hoverboard from us to withstand greater weight.
*Note: If you need the towers / gyroscope mounts of the hoverboard frame for 2016 hoverboards, simply contact us. Normally customers do not want or need these parts as they do not break, but if you wish to have these included when you a buy a hoverboard frame from us, we are happy to include them.

Due to the nature of our business being the sale and installation of replacement electronic parts, there are no returns allowed unless considered DOA (dead on arrival). In the case of DOA parts, you must contact us within 14 days and we will dispatch replacement parts to exchange for the DOA parts.
If we decide to accept a return for any reason it is at our sole discretion and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must have purchased it on our website www.hoverboardrepair.com as we require a receipt / proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned without an RMA will be denied a refund. You must contact us prior to returning goods in order to have your return accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If we approved a return for you and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are denoted by a special price with the regular price struck out.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that have manufacturer defects or were delivered in damaged condition. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING INSTALL. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any loss by a shipping company is not our responsibility.
